About
The 4th Treasure Hunt Festival, 'Find the Gold Bar!', runs for two days from November 7–8, 2026, in the Somri Village area of Inhwa-dong, Iksan, Jeollabuk-do. Somri Village, known for its modern-era historic streets, becomes a giant AR treasure hunt course: using a smartphone map, visitors search the alleyways for hidden clues, collect gold bar cards, and enter a prize draw. Alongside the hunt, the festival offers hands-on programs like 'Somri Boutique,' where you can try on 1920s-style vintage outfits, the 'Somri Stamp Tour' around key spots in the village, and the Lucky King event. There's also plenty for all ages — street performances, a marching parade, the Iri-Oshop flea market, jewelry-making and art workshops, a small-picture art fair, a kids' playground, and survival-game experiences. Nearby, merchants from the old Gusi Market and Nambu Market run a joint food market as well.
