강릉 국수 축제는 장칼국수, 막국수, 짬뽕, 감자옹심이칼국수 등 그 어느 지역보다 면 요리가 많은 사랑을 받고 있는 면의 도시 강릉에서 펼쳐지는 대표 미식 축제이다. 2025년까지 강릉 누들 축제로 많은 사랑을 받아왔고, 2026년 제5회를 맞이하여 더욱 더 대중에게 친숙하게 다가가고 지역성을 다양하게 반영하고자 강릉 국수 축제로 행사명이 변경되었다. 2026년에는 10월 15일부터 10월 18일까지, 4일 간 월화거리에서 펼쳐지며, 각종 강릉의 다양한 국수를 맛볼 수 있는 먹거리존은 물론, 관련한 볼거리와 즐길거리가 가득하며 강릉 대표 맛집부터 골목골목에 숨어있는 다양한 면의 맛을 접할 수 있다. 다양한 체험과 전시, 경연대회, 쿠킹쇼 등 다양한 즐길거리와 함께 2026년의 황금빛 가을을 이곳 월화거리에서 마음껏 즐길 수 있다.
