The 2026 Chuncheon Buckwheat Noodle & Dakgalbi Festival takes place in Chuncheon, one of Korea's top food cities. Centered on the city's two signature local dishes, makguksu (buckwheat noodles) and dakgalbi (spicy stir-fried chicken), it's a special food festival where taste, culture, and tourism come together.
