Jeonpo Coffee Festival

The Jeonpo Coffee Festival began as a celebration of Jeonpo Café Street being named one of the must-visit places of the year by the New York Times in 2017, making it Busan's first coffee festival. Now in its 10th year, the festival runs under the theme "Ten Years of Jeonpo, Connected by Coffee" from October 17 to 18 around Jeonpo Café Street. Visitors can experience a wide range of coffee flavors and cultures through booths selling coffee and desserts from Jeonpo and other parts of Busan, as well as booths featuring invited baristas from Japan, Taiwan, and other countries. Coffee-related programs such as hand-drip experiences, master brewing classes, and barista seminars are offered alongside live performances, an auction event, and a stamp tour. Visitors can soak up the distinctive alleyway charm of Jeonpo, with its unique cafés and shops, and enjoy a special festival where coffee, culture, people, and the local business community come together.
